If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and TIGER AND ELEPHANT's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

The customer's personal data is sent encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Personal information is not shared or sold with any third parties.

All orders are made through our online store at WWW.TIGERANDELEPHANT.COM. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it can't be changed. If we are unable to deliver a specific item, the customer will be informed promptly and can either change the order or receive a refund.

We accept credit cards and PayPal. The payment process is handled by PayPal or Moneybookers.
In the event that a TIGER AND ELEPHANT product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TIGER AND ELEPHANT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TIGER AND ELEPHANT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TIGER AND ELEPHANT shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping and delivery are included. Normal delivery takes between 2-5 business days after order confirmation. There might be rare exceptions. Regrettably, we can't be held responsible for a late delivery.
Packaging is done with the utmost of care. After we turn it over to the postal service however, we can't be held liable for damages or delivery.

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 14 days of receiving your order for refund or store credit. Returns must include all tags, accessories, and packaging. Returns made after 14 days will be returned to the customer. Before returning merchandise, please contact info@tigerandelephant.com. The shipping costs for returned merchandise are paid by the customer. If damage or loss occurs during shipping, we are not liable. It is recommended to send goods insured.
